The staff were lovely, helpful when needed and kind on introduction. They were respectful of wanting a quiet night in and also ready to help if you popped down to reception. The rooms were made up well while out during the day

View from harbour king room was amazing. We got to see Vivid festival directly from our window.
We stayed one night and loved our room with the harbour bridge view. We were there for vivid and having the train station literally 1 minute walk was a bonus.. Also enjoyed breakfast. Staff were lovely and we were able to have our car securely parked for $40 which is reasonable for Sydney. We would definitely stay there again.
Location was fantastic. I requested city views room as I was staying during Vivid festival 2024 & I was not disappointed. Big fluffy towels in the bathroom. Easy travel into the city as the hotel is next to North Sydney train station.

Great views and close to train station, stairs next to the hotel for a short walk to Luna Park and Ferry to go across to Circular Quay. You can eat at Restaurant or a great Pub across the road. Shopping centre also across the road. Close to Mater Hospital.
Comfortable & gorgeous view.
The view from our room was incredible - especially as we stayed during Vivid which meant we got to enjoy the lights from bed! We found there was easy, free street parking nearby, the staff were very pleasant and the room was comfortable and clean with a large bed and nice lighting. We particularly enjoyed the surprise view from the bathroom! We were treated to a free upgrade so also got to enjoy the coffee machine and Dyson airwrap. The hotel was perfect for our stay in Sydney, a little dated but we found that added to the charm. We would have like to enjoy the bar, which looked atmospheric.

Excellent location v close to Train station, easy accessibility to Opera house and Harbour bridge. Some rooms with excellent view of harbour bridge, very nice restaurant and bar, special mention and appreciations to staff in the restaurant
Perfect view of the sydney harbour bridge from our room on the 14th floor of the hotel. The train station is a minutes walk away and you can get to cbd in 2 stops. The beds were the most comfortable I have slept in. The breakfast was great value for money.

Great location, the bar, restaurant and room service is always great and is delivered promptly. Rooms and bathrooms have always been neat and clean.
The View was amazing Right next door to the North Sydney train station
The VIEW. We all loved the view of Sydney harbour. Conveniently located near train station and a short walk to ferry. The room layout was perfect. Staff were welcoming. Felt safe and secure walking about at night.
The property whilst not in the heart of city of Sydney, gives the most exceptional view of Sydney harbour at a very reasonable price
Great location for our trip, close to transport. Great Cafe and Hotel across the road. The buffet breakfast was convenient.
